Romania

As the Lead Partner and coordinator of TECA, Iceberg+ brings together its deep expertise in innovation management, creative industries, and European collaboration. Based in Romania, Iceberg+ has a long track record of turning ideas into impact by connecting artists, cultural organizations, and technology communities.

In TECA, Iceberg+ is the glue that holds everything together. We manage the overall project direction, ensuring that every activity — from building the Creative Nexus platform to running international exhibitions — stays aligned with TECA’s mission: to empower artists and foster cross-border collaboration.

Iceberg+ also leads the project’s communication and branding, making sure that TECA has a strong, consistent voice and that its opportunities reach as many artists and cultural actors as possible. Our team designs the project’s identity, develops its storytelling, and works closely with local networks to spread the word.

Our role isn’t just operational; it’s deeply human. Iceberg+ has been in direct contact with artists and creative communities across Romania, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, understanding their needs and helping them connect with the resources, tools, and collaborators they need to grow.

By coordinating TECA, Iceberg+ is building more than a project — we are helping to create a lasting network of artists and cultural innovators who can continue working together long after the funding ends.

Bosnia and Herzegovina

At FabLab Bosnia and Herzegovina, we believe that technology can open new doors for artists and cultural professionals, and TECA gives us the opportunity to make that belief a reality.

As part of the project, we are leading the development of the Creative Nexus platform — the online home where artists, cultural organizations, and tech communities across Romania, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina can connect, collaborate, and showcase their work. For us, this is about much more than coding and design. We’ve spent time talking to artists, understanding their day-to-day challenges, and turning those insights into a platform that is intuitive, engaging, and inclusive.

We’re also passionate about helping artists collaborate across borders. Through digital workshops and online co-creation spaces, we guide participants through the process of working together, no matter where they’re based. One of our priorities is making sure everyone feels welcome on the platform, even those who are new to digital tools.

Our work on TECA is not only about building technology — it’s about building community. We want the Creative Nexus to be a lasting space where artists can grow their skills, find collaborators, and gain international visibility.

By combining our technical expertise with a people-first approach, we are helping artists find their voice, strengthen their networks, and thrive in a rapidly changing creative landscape.

Serbia

We are passionate about using digital arts and hands-on learning to empower artists and creative professionals. Being part of TECA allows us to bring that passion to life across Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Romania.

Our main focus in the project is leading the Digital Arts Labs and training activities. We are establishing temporary Digital Arts Labs in each partner country — vibrant spaces where artists can experiment with new technologies, learn advanced digital fabrication techniques, and bring their creative ideas to reality. These labs are not just places to work; they are communities where artists can meet, share knowledge, and find new inspiration.

We also design and deliver a comprehensive curriculum for digital arts, covering everything from 3D printing and laser cutting to electronics, AR/VR, and interactive installations. By working closely with local and regional experts, we ensure that the training is relevant, practical, and accessible to artists at different stages of their careers.

For us, TECA is about more than just teaching skills. It’s about building confidence and fostering connections. Whether through a workshop in the Digital Arts Lab or through the Creative Nexus platform, we are committed to helping artists form collaborations that extend far beyond the life of the project.

By combining our knowledge of digital tools with a human-centered approach, we aim to help artists push boundaries, embrace new technologies, and thrive in an international creative community.
