1) About these Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the TECA platform at tecalab.eu (the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2) Eligibility (minimum age)
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
- By registering, you confirm you are 16+.
- If we learn an account belongs to someone under 16, we may suspend and delete the account and remove associated content.
3) Account registration and administrator approval
- Creating an account request does not grant immediate access.
- Your registration is subject to administrator review and approval.
- Administrators may assign you to a role/group (e.g., artist, teacher) to enable Platform features.
- We may refuse or revoke approval to protect Platform safety and integrity.
4) Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
5) Platform features and user interaction
The Platform supports collaboration and showcasing, including direct messaging, forums, project pages, and events.
Users may message any registered user, subject to these Terms and moderation.
6) Acceptable use
You must not:
- Harass, threaten, hatefully target, stalk, dox, or intimidate others.
- Share illegal content, malware, spam, scams, or impersonate others.
- Post or upload content that violates others’ privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to disrupt the Platform, bypass security, or scrape/automate access abusively.
7) User content (uploads, posts, projects)
You may upload and publish content on the Platform (e.g., profile picture/cover image, artistic statement, posts, messages, project media and descriptions). You confirm that:
- You own the content or have the necessary rights/permissions to upload it.
- If your content includes other people, you have their permission to share it on the Platform.
- You understand content may be visible to other logged-in Platform members (see Section 9).
8) License you grant to FabLab
You grant FabLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content only as needed to operate and provide the Platform, including:
- Displaying your content to logged-in Platform members and administrators (as applicable);
- Technical processing (e.g., formatting, caching);
- Maintaining security and making backups.
This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to our backup retention practices.
9) Visibility and publication rules (private platform vs public website)
- User profiles are not public. Profiles and user content are visible only to logged-in TECA Platform members and administrators.
- The public TECA website may display only administrator-approved projects.
- Public project pages display the project media and description approved for publication.
- For public project pages, creators decide whether to include their name or artistic alias in the public description.
10) Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove content, limit messaging, suspend, or terminate accounts if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or a risk to the Platform/community. We may do so with or without prior notice where necessary for safety and integrity.
11) Account deletion and termination
- You may request account deletion by contacting info@tecalab.eu.
- We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations, security risks, or misuse.
- Upon deletion, your content is removed from active access, subject to backup retention (see Privacy Policy).
12) Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” and may change over time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Users are responsible for their interactions and content.
13) Limitation of liability

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Općinski sud u Sarajevu.
